(Half days are 1-5 hours per day)

All before and after school care is $ 7.00 per hour.  The total amount of hours needed for before and after school care will be multiplied by $ 7.00 per hour and a set weekly fee will be determined.

-Discounts will not be offered on Infant Care.

-A 15% discount applies for families with more than 1 child enrolled.  The discount will be deducted from the 2^nd child’s regular weekly fee, or from the child with the least amount of hours.  Both children must be permanent full or part time to receive the discount.

-The 15% discount does not apply to before and after school care, or for school age child care when there are snow days, early releases, teacher conferences, or holiday breaks.    

-You have two weeks of vacation time to use per year after those 10 days are gone you will be charged for your child’s scheduled days and any holidays that apply.  We will not be adjusting any other days off.

-If your child is there after closing time you will be charged $5.00 for every five minutes that you are late for pick-up.(New Late Fee Policy)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Tuition/fees are due by Friday for the week.  If we do not receive payment by Friday a $10.00 late fee will be added to your invoice.(new policy) You will receive a statement if your account becomes past due.  You will be asked to withdraw from the center if your account becomes two weeks past due.

We will offer discounts for childcare if your tuition is paid-

            Monthly            ( 4 weeks)-you will receive a 2% discount

            Quarterly          (13 weeks)- you will receive a 5% discount

On your total cost for tuition.

WITHDRAWAL

Two weeks written notice is required before withdrawing the child from the center.  If proper notice is not given you will be responsible for payment for those two weeks.

The Divine Child Children’s Center reserves the right to fee adjustments.  At least a two weeks notice will be given of a fee increase.
