Welcome to our Pastoral Care Ministries
We have several ways of being part of the Pastoral Care Ministry Team. 

Visiting those in the hospital, the sick, homebound and elderly
Visitors receive an orientation plus go with experienced visitors for the first few visits.  These visits are "offical" from the church.  In no way does this mean one cannot visit friends from church on your own. 

Providing communion to those in the hospital, the sick, homebound and elderly (LEM II)
LEMs are trained not only in visiting but on administering communion in different settings.  This ministry requires licensing from the Bishop of the diocese.

Prayer Tree Ministry

This is a group of faithful and fervernt prayers who are willing to pray daily for those in need.  When a prayer request comes in, people are notified either by email or by phone as to the nature of the need.  Sometimes it is only a name, other times more details are provided.  If you are interested in being part of this ministry, contact Jean Moyle at the church office, 763-7482
