Sunday School Leaders
Your commitment can be anywhere from six Sundays a year to every Sunday--We’re very flexible!  Leaders needed for the following areas:  Crafts, Drama, Outreach, Music, Cooking, and other creative areas to teach new rotational curriculum.  All training will be provided. All are encouraged to prayerfully consider how they can help shape the future leaders of this congregation by donating a few hours of their time!  Newcomers and “old timers” are especially welcome!  No experience necessary!  For more information, please speak with Sue Bird or Jennifer Laffin or call the church office at 763-7482.

Finance Ministry Team Members
Join our fantastic Finance Ministry Team, which oversees and stewards our financial resources. 
Skills needed:  attention to detail, ability to ask questions, some financial background helpful such as household financial management.  Vestry attendance and participation is not required.  Questions or if interested, speak with Sandi McCann, Finance Ministry Team Leader (she will be remaining in this ministry), 514-3965.  

Hospitality following 10 a.m. worship service
Throughout the year, we need people to help with hospitaltiy following 10 a.m. worship.  In summer we also need people to help following 8 a.m. worship as our "kitchen is closed"  and our breakfast chefs are on a well-earned sabbatical.  Please sign up to offer hospitality and to clean up after the gathering. 

Outreach Ministries
Call Connie Herrick at 763-6069.  Our outreach ministers participate in a variety of ministries such as Love, Inc monthly meals, Holiday baskets, ministries with Divine Child and Thanksgiving Dinner.  We need people who have a passion for others in need and are willing to help oversee our ministries   

Thanksgiving Day Leaders:  We need people to assist in planning, organizing and publicizing.

Love, Inc., Co-Coordinator:  We are in need of a co-coordinator to oversee our monthly meal at Love, Inc., to include calling people to remind them, ensuring sign-up sheets are filled in, reminders included in announcements and Through the Red Doors.  Also would put reminders out about the food donation basket by the piano and arrange to have any items delivered to Love, Inc.

Refugee Ministry:  We need people to assist in a variety of ways including driving and tutoring.  If you can help, please contact the office, 763-7482

Auction Volunteers
Our auction will be the first Saturday in October.  This auction is essential for us this year… can you help?  Now is the time to step forward so we can plan and prepare for the fall auction.  Speak with Pr. Joanne or call Jean at the church office.   For this year’s auction we need people do to things such as…

Individual in charge of items received
Letters to prior attendees informing them of the upcoming event including date and time
Thank you letters afterwards to donators and attendees
Posters and promotional materials
Procure donations
Set up tables w/ decorations and table cloths
Bakers of breads and desserts
“Vannas” during the auction (3-4) so they can rotate
Baby sitters who are at least Journey to Adulthood age (14 or older) and trained by the State
Log silent auction
Check out at end of auction
Clean up after auction

Altar Guild
We are in need of Altar Guild members who can assis with preparing for worship.  Please call the church office if you are interested and speak with Jane (ext 22).

Worship Ministers
We need Worship Ministers for both services including readers, greeters, acolytes and servers (can be older child, teen or adult).
