Mission - Centered in congregations, the Episcopal Church Women (ECW) empowers women to do Christ's ministry in the world.

Vision - Our vision for all women of the Episcopal Church is that we become a vibrant blend of all ages, coming together as a peacemaking, healing part of the Church. We aspire to be a Godspark-shining and sharing the love of Christ.

What does the St. John the Divine ECW do?
We gather for fellowship, learning and for raising money for special projects.  In 2008 we provided support to Episcopal Relief and Development, Love, Inc., and the Transitional Living Center.  In 2007 collected much needed essentials for the Transitional Living Center.  We have raised the money for air conditioning in the church, for the lighting of the Jesus praying in the garden window and helped with the new, commercial grade (and speed) dishwasher.  Part of our ministry to is help our pre-school and day care, Divine Child Children's Center.  commercial grade (and speed) dishwasher.
