Welcome to our Divine Knitters Ministry Divine Knitters ministry is to knit prayer shawls and bless them for people in need, who are sick or grieving or dying.  Shawls are given not just to church members but also to people we become aware who might find solace in being wrapped in prayer and God's love.  You do not need to know how to knit as there are a number of knitters who are happy to share their knowledge.  There is often yarn avaiable at the church for Divine Knitters to use in their prayer shawl ministry.  Some of the knitters gather each Tuesday at 10 a.m. for Bible study and Eucharist.   This ministry was begun by our parish nurse in honor of Mary Ann Gladkowski, a seminarian, who died from ovarian cancer.
